The coach isn't talking during my run

Check that voice coaching is enabled in the App's settings, that your phone isn't on silent in a way that blocks app audio, and that your volume is up. If you use Bluetooth headphones, make sure they're connected before you start the run.

My run didn't record a route

StrideMeter needs Location permission set to "While Using" or "Always" to track your route. Open Settings → StrideMeter → Location and confirm it's allowed. For tracking that continues when your screen is off, "Always" is recommended.

How do I change or shuffle the coach?

Open the voice selector in the App, tap any coach to hear a sample and set it, or turn on Shuffle voices to let all seven rotate through a single run.

How do I delete my data?

Your runs are stored on your device. You can delete any individual run from your history inside the App. Deleting the App removes all of its locally stored data. We don't keep copies on a server — see our Privacy Policy.

Which permissions does StrideMeter ask for, and why?

You can manage all of these in Settings → StrideMeter at any time.

Is there a subscription or are there ads?

Neither. StrideMeter is a one-time purchase with no ads and no tracking.

Will there be an Android version?

StrideMeter launches on iOS first. Android is on the roadmap — email us if you'd like to be told when it lands.
